IPC-1 series
The IPC-1 series (IPC-1T and IPC-1C) is ReadyLinks' most compact client. Hardware configuration, models, backbox installation and default configuration.
ReadyLinks' most compact client, the IPC-1 series revolutionizes infrastructure upgrades. IPC-1 clients are managed via the ReadyView dashboard and support the common IPC feature set.

#ReadyLink ports
- Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing (OFDM) in 2-200MHz offers 2Gbps bit rate and PoE+ over 2-4 conductors.
- LDPC, FEC line condition adaptive
- ~40dB of attenuation in the frequency range 4-200MHz
#Installation
The IPC-1 can be retrofitted into an existing wall outlet: the client becomes part of a Cat5/6 keystone, using existing one-pair copper, and is installed into the electrical backbox behind the wall plate.

For the recommended staging process before installation, see Deployment and staging in the IPC clients guide.
#Configuration
By default, the IPC-1 acts as a transparent bridge, simply passing traffic to and from the connected ReadyLink switchport. However, each IPC-1 is capable of advanced switching capabilities such as VLAN tagging, IGMP snooping, rate limits, etc.
